FARM TO TABLE

Learn how to grow, harvest, and prepare your own food in Hawaii.

This course will be offered in partnership with a local farm. Participants will work at the farm, learn about permaculture, soil health, biodynamic farming strategies, and how to listen to nature as a teacher. Under the guidance of a local chef, students will learn to prepare delicious meals from the farm's bounty, and host a delicious “farm to table” dinner for family and friends at the end of the week.
